I brought in white wall tires because I wanted white wall tires. They put them on facing in without contacting me and asking how I wanted them oriented. (I had no inkling that they could even be put on facing in) When I asked if they could swap them facing out I was told I'd have to pay for the service again. I've been here 4 times now in a year for all of our vehicles because they're quick. But I won't be coming back unless they fix their mistake.

I am so thankful for Kimmes delivering our propane before our 1/2 mile driveway got impassable by the spring rain/snow storm this week. We appreciate their promptness and support. It pays to buy local! Thank you so much!

I am so happy with my service at Kimmes in the south end. I would totally recommend them to anyone and I will start now. I originally went to tires plus for tires to be put on and an alignment. Not only did they mess up my rims, but they couldn't do an alignment because my jeep had a front camera. When I asked where we could go, they said our only option was the dealership. They were WRONG. We called Kimmes, and they not only could do an alignment, we were also able to get on the schedule quickly. I truly wish I had brought my service here to begin with. I will be returning, and I will be pointing anyone and everyone in their direction! I would give these guys 10 stars if I could.
